Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

This Refund Policy ("Policy") is issued by Digital Front LLP, registered at 3rd Floor East, 21 Foley Street, London W1W 6DR, United Kingdom (Registration No: OC457050). It governs all purchases made through GenerateSaaS (https://generatesaas.com), including one-time and lifetime license purchases, add-ons, and any other digital products or services (collectively, the "Service"). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service; license-key consequences of a refund or chargeback are described in Section 5.8 of the Terms of Service.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

1.1 Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed. This applies to all purchases, including but not limited to:

One-time and lifetime license purchases (Solo, Pro, and Agency)
Update-window renewals and add-ons (e.g., framework unlocks)
Any other digital products or services

1.2 Rationale

This policy exists because:

Immediate Access: Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the Service and its features. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered.
Intangible Nature: Digital products are intangible and cannot be resold or restocked after delivery. Once you have access to our Service, we cannot revoke the knowledge, benefit, or use you have obtained.
Consumption Upon Delivery: Digital products are considered "consumed" upon delivery, similar to perishable goods. The value is transferred the moment access is granted.
Industry Standard: No-refund policies are standard practice for digital products and software-as-a-service offerings.

1.3 Acknowledgment Before Purchase

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have had the opportunity to review the Service features, pricing, and this Policy before purchase
You understand that all sales are final and non-refundable
You waive any right to request a refund, chargeback, or reversal of payment
You have the legal capacity and authority to make this purchase

2. What This Policy Covers

This no-refund policy applies to all of the following:

2.1 License Purchases

All license purchases are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

One-Time / Lifetime Licenses: The Solo, Pro, and Agency editions are one-time purchases and are non-refundable at any time after purchase.
No Recurring Subscriptions: We do not sell recurring subscriptions, so there are no billing-period or pro-rata refunds.

2.2 Add-Ons and Renewals

Update-Window Renewals: The optional update-window renewal (extending your entitlement to new versions) is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable once purchased.
Add-Ons (e.g., framework unlocks): Non-refundable once purchased.
Edition Upgrades: Treated as new purchases and are non-refundable.

2.4 Custom Arrangements

Custom or Negotiated Plans: If you have entered into a separate written agreement with us, the refund terms in that agreement will apply. In the absence of specific refund provisions, purchases are presumed non-refundable.
Custom Development or Services: Non-refundable once work has commenced

3. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

While our general policy is no refunds, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider exceptions in the following limited circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate Charges

If you are charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error on our part:

Contact us within 30 days of the duplicate charge
Provide transaction details and documentation
We will refund the duplicate charge(s) upon verification

3.2 Unauthorized Transactions

If your payment method was used without your authorization:

Contact us immediately upon discovering the unauthorized transaction
File a report with your financial institution
We will cooperate with the investigation and issue a refund if fraud is confirmed

3.3 Service Not Delivered

If, due to a technical issue on our end, you are charged but never receive access to the Service:

Contact us within 30 days of the charge
We will investigate and either provide access or issue a refund

3.4 Legal Requirements

Where applicable law requires us to provide a refund (such as certain consumer protection laws in specific jurisdictions), we will comply with such legal requirements. However, this does not constitute a general right to refund.

Important: Even in these exceptional cases, refunds are not guaranteed and are provided solely at our discretion.

4. No Subscriptions

4.1 One-Time Purchases

Our products are one-time purchases that grant lifetime access to what you bought; we do not sell recurring subscriptions. There is no subscription to cancel, no billing period, and no automatic renewal. Closing your account does not generate a refund (see Section 1) and does not affect a perpetual Software license you have already acquired, except where that license has been terminated under the Terms of Service.

4.2 No Pro-Rata Refunds

Because purchases are one-time and non-recurring, no pro-rata or partial refunds apply. The optional update-window renewal and add-ons described in Section 5 are themselves one-time purchases and are simply not repurchased if you do not want them.

5. Update-Window Renewals and Add-Ons

5.1 Optional, One-Time Purchases

The update-window renewal (which extends your entitlement to new versions of the Software) and any add-ons (such as a framework unlock) are optional, one-time purchases at the prices shown on the pricing page. They are non-refundable once purchased, on the same basis as the underlying license (Section 1).

5.2 Effect on Your License

Declining to renew your update window does not revoke your existing license: you keep, forever, every version released to you within your paid update window (see Section 5.7 of the Terms of Service). A refund or chargeback on any purchase, however, will revoke your license key and terminate your license to the Software (Section 5.8 of the Terms of Service).

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

6.1 Contact Us First

If you have any issues with a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider:

Why contact us first:

We can investigate and resolve issues faster than the chargeback process
Filing a chargeback may result in immediate account suspension
False or fraudulent chargebacks may be reported and pursued

6.2 Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us:

Immediate Consequences:

Your account and access to the Service will be immediately suspended
Your license key will be revoked and your license to the Software will terminate (Section 5.8 of the Terms of Service)
All associated accounts may be flagged and suspended
You will be prohibited from creating new accounts or making future purchases

Our Response:

We will provide complete documentation of the purchase and service delivery to the payment processor
We will dispute chargebacks that we believe are fraudulent or unjustified
We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

Fraudulent Chargebacks:

Filing a chargeback on a legitimate transaction may constitute fraud. We reserve the right to:

Report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities
Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus associated fees and costs
Take any other legal action available to us

6.3 After a Chargeback

If you file a chargeback and later wish to use the Service:

Contact us to discuss the situation
You may be required to pay the disputed amount plus fees before account reinstatement
We may decline to reinstate your account

7. Billing Errors

7.1 Incorrect Amounts

If you believe you have been charged an incorrect amount:

Contact us within 30 days of the charge
Provide transaction details and the amount you believe is correct
We will investigate and correct any verified errors

7.2 Pricing Discrepancies

If there is a discrepancy between a displayed price and the amount charged:

The charged amount will be presumed correct unless we verify a technical error
Screenshots or documentation of the displayed price may be requested

8. Account Termination

8.1 Termination for Violation

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service:

You are not entitled to any refund
All payments made are forfeited
Your license to the Software terminates and your license key may be revoked (Section 5 of the Terms of Service)

8.2 Voluntary Account Deletion

If you voluntarily delete your account:

You are not entitled to any refund
A perpetual Software license you have already acquired is not refunded; its continued use remains governed by the Terms of Service

9. Changes to Pricing and Plans

9.1 Price Changes

If we change our prices:

A price change applies only to purchases made after it takes effect
A purchase you have already completed is not repriced or retroactively charged
Any optional update-window renewal or add-on is charged at the price in effect when you choose to buy it

9.2 Plan Changes

If we modify or discontinue an edition:

We will provide reasonable notice
A version of the Software already released to you within your update window remains licensed to you
No refunds are provided for edition changes or discontinuations

10. Consumer Rights Notice

10.1 European Union and United Kingdom Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have certain rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) or Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK). However, by using the Service immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to begin performance of the digital content service and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal under the 14-day cooling-off period.

Important: At the point of purchase, you will be asked to acknowledge that:

You are requesting immediate access to the digital content
You understand that this waives your right of withdrawal once access is granted

10.2 Australian Consumers

If you are a consumer in Australia, you may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the ACL that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

10.3 New Zealand Consumers

If you are a consumer in New Zealand, you may have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under that Act.

10.4 Canadian Consumers

If you are a consumer in Canada, you may have rights under federal and provincial consumer-protection legislation (for example, Quebec's Consumer Protection Act). Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer right or remedy that applicable Canadian law does not allow to be excluded.

10.5 Other Jurisdictions

Your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law may vary. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit rights that cannot be legally waived. Where local law provides for mandatory refund rights, those rights will apply notwithstanding any other provision of this Policy.

10.6 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds that cannot be resolved through our support channels are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service with an updated "Last Updated" date.

For existing customers:

The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that specific transaction
Subsequent purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of those purchases
